Gas cutting machine HANDY CUT MOST

Semi-automatic torch Handy Cut MOST is designed for automatic steel cutting, which improves the quality of cutting process. It is an ideal choice for treatment of metal-sheets, pipes, profiles sections and irregularly shaped elements. In order to clean up and get smooth cutting edges, remember to set specific cutting parameters, such as the constant speed of the torch traversing, the distance between the nozzle and element, and proper flame adjustment. Solutions applied in this unit prevent from changing the working parameters during cutting. The automatic ignition system is another very interesting solution that enables to ignite the pre-heating flame anytime you pull a trigger. Flame is extinguished in a similar way. Thanks to this method, we can significantly reduce costs by saving time and consumables. Additionally, device guarantees steeples control of speed and direction of cutting.

With HANDY Cut Most it is possible:

• to do the rectilinear and curvilinear cutting of sheet up to 50 mm thickness,
• to make beveling edges (0-45°),
• to cut circles with a diameter from 30-200 mm and 125-500 mm.
