Lack of knowledge regarding lifting heavy, awkward, or massive components often leads to workplace accidents:

• Heavy components are lifted and overturned using incorrect slings, which causes noise, dangerous vibrations, and shocks.

• These cause stresses that can lead to failure of load-bearing components and accidents, resulting in costly damage to the lifted object, injury, or even loss of life of workers.

ROTOMAX® devices solve these problems by enabling the safe and easy turning of heavy and awkward components without the risk of damage or accidents. The rotated item can be stopped in any position, which significantly facilitates the safe assembly of additional parts on difficult-to-access lifted structures.

Key Features and Configurations

• Load capacity selectable according to user needs, ranging from 1,000 kg to 150,000 kg.
• Device span can be fixed or adjustable depending on specific requirements.
• Available as a set for operation with two separate overhead cranes, enabling handling of very long and heavy structures.
• No crane modifications required; powered from a 400 V ground-level mains socket and can be suspended from any overhead crane.
• Equipped with chains or load-bearing straps with adjustable length, included with the device.
