The PWR MOST series of conventional welding positioners represents the basic product line designed for precise positioning of a wide range of workpieces during welding, assembly, and machining processes. The solid, compact design enables their use in both manual and semi-automatic workstations while maintaining a high level of ergonomic operation. These positioners allow for adjustment of both the angle and rotational speed of the welded element, while the tilt adjustment makes it easy to set the workpiece in the optimal position for process execution.

PWR MOST positioners are available in standard versions with a maximum load capacity of up to 5 tons. Other load capacities and working dimensions are available on request. Custom-built versions fully adapted to individual customer requirements can also be supplied. The use of PWR MOST positioners significantly increases welding process efficiency, improves joint quality, and reduces the risk of welding defects, while simultaneously enhancing operator comfort and safety.

Each PWR MOST positioner offers smooth adjustment of rotational speed and tilt angle. Operating parameters are set via the control panel installed on the device in the PWR-100 and PWR-100HC models or by means of a remote control unit in the remaining versions, which in the PWR-500 and higher models is additionally equipped with a display showing the current rotational speed. Rotation is activated using a foot pedal.
