MOST FUTURA PRESS
New generation of abrasives made of pressed non-woven fibre. Perfect for grinding or polishing concave weld seams and flat elements, deburring, discoloration removal, fetting and fine finishing.
They are mainly designed for use with alloy steel and stainless steel, ordinary steel, plastics, titanium and Kevlar etc.
The grinding wheels construction prevents them from clogging with processed material and, therefore, are especially recommended for the use with non-ferrous metals and aluminium.
Thanks to 5 different grades of fibre pressing (2 SF, 4 SF, 6 SF, 8 AM, 10 AC) combined in this tool, it is a modern grinding disc designed for diversified grinding/polishing surface processing.
The lightest version with double fibre pressing combined together with the finest grinding grain (Fine), makes the perfect abrasive for surface finishing. The heaviest version with 10 times the pressed fibre and thick grinding (Coarse) provides both elastic and hard abrasive for heavy grinding, deburring or surface finishing.
Available discs diameters are 125 and 150 mm of thickness 3 and 6 mm (to work with the disc edge) and 125 mm of diameter based on resin backing (to work with disc surface).
