• Abrasive tools composed of nylon fibers, resin and abrasive minerals, that were pressed to a wheel form of various thickness.
• Feature mild abrasive properties that provide long-lasting effect and ability till its full product life time.
• Due to the fibre parameters, these tools are suitable for edge profiling works, what makes them perfect for grinding and weld treatment even in hard to reach places, including intermittent fillet welds.
• Flexibility that allows the abrasive tool to adjust to the work piece.
• They are mainly designed for use with alloy steel, carbon steel, plastics, titanium and Kevlar etc. The grinding wheels construction prevents them from clogging with processed material and therefore, are especially recommended for the use with non-ferrous metals and aluminum.
• Thanks to 5 different grades of pressed fiber (2 SF, 2 AM, 3 SF, 6 AM, 8 AC) combined in this tool, discs are designed for diversified grinding/polishing surface processing.
• The lightest version with double pressed fiber combined together with the finest grinding grain (Fine), makes the perfect abrasive for surface finishing.
• The heaviest version with 8 times pressed fiber and thick grinding grain (Coarse) provides both elastic and hard abrasive for heavy grinding, deburring or surface finishing.
• Perfect for grinding or polishing concave weld seams and flat elements, deburring, discoloration removal, fetting and fine finishing.
