MOST XTW-1500 / XTW-2000 Laser Welding Machines – Versatile and Precise Joining of Materials up to 6 mm

The MOST XTW-1500 and XTW-2000 laser welding machines are modern devices using continuous fiber laser technology, widely used for joining materials up to 6 mm thick. The laser welding process, with or without wire feed, enables the production of aesthetic, durable, and nearly invisible welds with minimal material distortion. Typically, no additional mechanical processing is required after welding, which speeds up and streamlines the production process.

This technology is applied across various industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, aviation, energy, sanitary equipment manufacturing, mold regeneration, and food processing. Laser welding competes with advanced methods like electron beam welding and provides the great advantage of efficiently joining parts of various shapes and in all welding positions, significantly improving production efficiency.
