MOST hand pads made of non-wove

Description

Non-woven abrasives are 3D textile products used in grinding, polishing, sanding and similar tasks. Made of synthetic fiber that feature high priability deformability and resistance to cutting fluids. Fine abrasive grains adhered to a fabric cloth by a resin bond. Abrasive grains are evenly coated on the surface that provide a very favorable structure during processing works. Components used for non-woven construction: corundum grain or silicon carbide.

Main advantages:

  • evenly coated abrasive grains,
  • no damages and heat marks on the processed surface,
  • no-clogging: does not leave any trace of polishing (pure-cloth treatment of surface),
  • easily conform to surfaces of a complicated shape.
