RYWAL-RHC Sp. z o.o. has been authorized and granted the status of an Authorized CBAM Declarant, with registration in the CBAM system under number CBAM-PL-2026-QMV64399647437.
This authorization and registration confirm the credibility of RYWAL-RHC Sp. z o.o. and entitle the company to independently and directly report CO2 emissions related to imported goods.
The status of an Authorized CBAM Declarant enables the company to maintain greater control over import processes and supports supply continuity while ensuring due diligence in meeting the requirements of European Union regulations.
