Description

Portable MOST MA1 Laser Welders – Compact, Efficient, and Precise

The new generation of portable MOST MA1 laser welders stands out for its compact size, light weight, ease of use, and versatile applications. These devices allow welding of stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet metal, copper, and other metals, ensuring a faster process compared to traditional TIG and MIG/MAG methods. The welds are smooth, rounded, and do not cause distortion or burn-through, eliminating the need for additional grinding or polishing.

The laser control system allows regulation of beam oscillation frequency and width, achieving a scanning width up to 4.0 mm. Recommended welding wire diameters are 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.6 mm, suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and alloys.

Simply connect the 230 V AC power cable and shielding gas (argon/nitrogen), attach the ground clamp to the workpiece, and start working with the device. The touch panel provides access to the operating interface, allowing selection of predefined or user-defined parameters.
