Manganese helps in brazing of carbides. Alloys without Zinc are suitable for brazing in furnaces (some are also available for vacuum brazing). Alloys without Copper are ammonia resistant. Alloys with Indium are suitable for brazing of items, which will undergo the TiN Coating process.
