Measure internal alignment of pipes after fit-
-up/alignment, cut radiographic rejects, measure
internal misalignment of pipe before and after
tacking, check distance between tracing and
weld after welding, measure acceptable weld
reinforcement and weld gap. There is both inch
and metric version available with pitches in 1/16
and 1.0 mm, check the angle of metal sheet for
beveling.

Controlling of readiness of welding parameter allows reducing the manufacturing costs thanks to proper assurance of welding parameters and high efficiency
of filler metal.
The gauges provide high accuracy of measurements:
● misalignment of internal edges of pipes and sheet
metal
● the gap between pieces of sheet metal being welded
● symmetry of filled welds
● the throat of filled weld
