The unit (900x600 mm) is equipped with 6mm thick tabletop which is surrounded from 3 sides by
stationary metal shield. Fumes and dust are extracted downwards through the tabletop with 2000
m³/h flow rate. Inside the housing there is filter element equipped with Jet-Pulse system and 1.1 kW
fan with aluminium rotor. The pulsing system of cleaning filter element is activated from the table
front. After cleaning the air is expelled to the workshop (the unit should not be used for aluminium
grinding).
In standard version the unit is equipped with a strong lamp to light the workplace and with a socket
to plug in electric tools. In the table there is a bracket for welding clamp and an earthing terminal
for welding unit. Under the grate there is an expansion chamber and water filters which collect bigger
impurities and extinguishing sparks. The operating costs are reduced thanks to Jet-Pulse system
which effectively cleans the filter element with compressed air. The process of cleaning the filter element
is initiated from the front of the table. After each of such operation the container for impurities
which is under the filter should be emptied.
The table can be equipped with 125 mm high legs or wheels.
